We provide our services to stakeholders by way of:

Direct ownership: taking ownership of the asset from an operational and financial perspective;

Aligned ownership: working alongside and on behalf of incumbent stakeholders to an agreed conclusion or goal;

Activist execution: external to the asset with pre-defined project goals, either in an advisory or participatory role;

Operational management: overseeing and managing an asset, family office or portfolio of assets, effectively acting as general partner to the stakeholder.
